So I got back from the mall this morning and I found a ring that looked pretty much like mine. I bought it and I'll have it next Saturday because it needed to be sized.
Tonight I'm going to the Oilers game. I'm a little disappointed because the Boston Bruins traded Thornton...which means they don't have anybody good to watch. So tonight will probably be a boring game...good thing I didn't pay for tickets.I found a pretty neat website today NHLPA.com, you can search players and see their salaries. Can you believe the Oilers pay Pronger over 6 million a year...what the shit is that? I think they should rid of him and get a decent goalie and some solid average defenceman.

chris pronger is a work horse. what other player on the oilers can play almost 30 mins a game. and he's pretty decent. not sure if he's worth 6 million. mike peca doesn't seem to be working out as well though. what's the point of getting a defensive forward? the oilers need forwards who can score!
You are correct. The Oilers picked up the wrong type of forward. Mike Peca isn't a goal scorer. He plays well defensively. For his purpose he is doing well but the Oilers are asking to be a Gretzky when he's a Buchberger. Pronger may well play lots of minutes, but as tonights game showed...he makes too many mistakes.
