I thought I would post a picture of Thor Hushovd, the only Norwegian in the Tour de France. Now, I'm part Norwegian. Usually the sports I can cheer for Norwegians are either the Biathlon, Cross Country Skiing or Ski Jumping and sometimes Bobsled. So to see a guy who becomes a professional cyclist where nordic sports are the norm because of the weather, it inspires me. Can you picture it:

Thor: Ooh Ya?
Thor's friend: Da snuw is pretty deep, ya , its oop to yoor waist.

i wish i had a scandinavian name. i told rosanna i wanted to name our future kid with a scandinavian name but she shot it down. i think it would be totally cool to have a kid named olaf, magnus or henrik or even fredrik.

ok. now i've just had a discussion with rosanna. she does not like the names i've suggested, so here's some more.
boy names - Valentin, Sten, Staffan, Nils, Jorgen, Fisk, Ang, Denholm, Bergren or HENRIK.
girl names - Devnet, Gala, Jaythen, Katarina, Kolina, Sofia, Trind or Valborg.
Opinions?? am i stupid for suggesting this?

Of the names Matt[s] suggested, I'd go with Henrik for a boy, Katarina for a girl. Don't go with Nils - I knew a Nils in highschool and he was a douchebag.

i like katarina as well. and sofia/sofie. and i like fredrik more then henrik.
