So tonight I decided to work out. My first time working out in a LONG time. I'm proud to say that I haven't been eating bad...maybe the odd restaurant meal...but no fast food crap. I'm pretty beat. The part about working out that turns me off is its too much work....I'm riding my bike trainer and I'm friggin struggling to put in the time...I know I have to keep going though. When I finished...I was really tired. It makes me not want to work out again...but I know it only gets easier after the first one. I'm going to try and work out every day....I mean when I wasn't working out...I'd weigh myself and see that I was the lightest I've ever been just by eating somewhat properly and thought...maybe I should just work out to see what will happen. So thats what I've come to realize that I need to be active whether I like it or not. I just hate the fact that I get tired.
